CPS 5k Run or Walk

Join us for an unforgettable experience at our Comets CPS 5K Walk/Run 2nd Edition on Sunday, October 27th at 4 PM, hosted at our Hato Rey Campus! This family-friendly event invites everyone to join in on an afternoon filled with fitness and creativity. Classes are invited to showcase themed costumes, with exciting per-campus student prizes for the class with the most registered participants and the best group costume ("comparsa"). All proceeds will benefit the CPS Annual Giving Fund, supporting our programs and facilities. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to make a difference and have a great time!

  • Does the race start on time? 

    Yes, it will start at 4 PM sharp, as we have support from government authorities in closing the streets.

  • Can I take my child in a stroller?  

    Yes, you may come with your child in a stroller. Please keep in mind to hydrate them throughout the race.

  • Do I have to register my child in a stroller?  

    If you want your child to receive a medal and t-shirt, you must register them.

  • Is parking available?

    Come with time and park around campus. Carpool or UBER are great options to avoid congestion. 

  • Are scooters, skates, skateboards, Heelys, or similar items allowed in the 5K race?

    For safety reasons, only strollers are permitted. All other wheeled items are not allowed.
